The first release of energy conservation
The newly amended Energy Conservation Law since come into effect April 1. The revised energy conservation law, conservation of resources is China’s basic national policy. National implementation of the conservation and evelopment simultaneously, to give top priority to conservation of energy development strategies. The new Energy Conservation Law will help solve the current China’s economic development and energy resources and the environment increasingly acute contradiction. The revised Energy Conservation Law also stipulates that the state implement energy-saving target responsibility system and energy-saving appraisal system would be the completion of energy-saving target as a person incharge of local governments and their appraisal content.
